I don't know if this place is still open. I haven't walked by in a while, but the website is still live. This is one of many Italian places in the West Village. The food was okay, but the overall decor is very comfy. Prices are decent. If you ask me if I knew an Italian restaurant in the Village, I would think of this place, but somehow I would always forget the name of the restaurant. I even had to ask a friend to remind me of the name.
