This charming little restaurant is really off the beaten path. Food is great here for very reasonable prices. If you can get a table, the restaurant has a very comfy environment. I love the way the owner put these tealight candles on the exposed bricks. The food is generally good. The pizza is made to order, which is very awesome. For me, there isn't anything special, but it's just one of those places you go to where nothing can go wrong. It's reliably good.Mario's is located on 9th ave between 37th/38th.
