Saint Alps Teahouse

I love this little place. The place is famous for its bubble tea, but their little snacks and meals are also amazing. Everything is so cheap and good. The atmosphere is awesome. No tourists, just plain New York people living and breathing in New York. For those not familiar with bubble teas, they're flavored milk tea with tiny tapioca balls. They also have these mini appetizers like the fried chicken and mini yakitoris. Great place to go (especially in this economy!).
