Cascina

Italian food is always difficult for me. They use very thick cream and very heavy carbs. But when I'm craving for it (and when I can afford it), Cascina is a great way to go. It has a very good Risotto. And you can't beat the chef's daily specials. Atmosphere is great, there's this chef at the restaurant who seems like he owned the restaurant for more than 20 years. He is basically the 'face' of Cascina. It's one of the best Italian places in Hell's Kitchen.

It's located on 9th Ave - closer to 45th st.
